Within each of us is every moment we've ever lived. The first 5 years decides howe we will feel about the world we live in. Check in. That child within you have information about why you think, feel and behave the way you do. Enjoy this time with you.
Set your intention. Ten minutes in the morning to take a breath and focus your attention on being in the present moment can change how we experience even the greatest challenges.
Try this one minute guided breathing. Focus on the white dot and simply breathe with its rhythm. In....out...in...out...
Then throughout your day, whenever you're feeling anxious, frustrated, angry and so on, REPEAT!
It's so simple, yet more often than not we forget how much power we have over our own emotions just by focusing on our breath!
