Gayla is an Author of 5 self-help books and a member of the International Association of Counsellors and Therapists (IACT). She has been supporting individuals, businesses and couples navigate challenges, finding empowered and positive solutions for over 30 years.
Passionate, curious, and always focused on how she can get best results for her clients, Gayla has a kind yet no-nonsense approach. She expects her clients to be as committed to their own best possible outcomes as she is, and as needed, gently encourages the self-respect required to do so.
From her work in suicide prevention some years ago to business coaching BMW sales executives and thousands of couples, Gayla brings the same compassion, sense of humour, wisdom and inspirational insights that make people feel encouraged and at ease.
Some people may only need one or two sessions however depending on the issues at hand, you may choose to start with weekly or fortnightly one-hour sessions and expand the gap between sessions as you progress to feeling the issues are resolved.
In sessions, Gayla guides people to respectfully explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours without judgement, which empowers us to more easily navigate and grow through any experience, regardless of the level of pain or challenge it presents.
Gayla offers insights and practices to use as part of her client's daily life, helping them to very quickly experience positive differences and a greater level of confidence to deal with the concerns at hand.
